Your data is kept on Shopify’s serves and all this data is encrypted. If we have to print anything containing your data whilst processing your order we will make sure it is cross shredded when we are finished. Unfortunately things happen, we can’t guarantee 100% security of your data but will guarantee we will do our best to keep it safe. Any data you provide us will remain unchanged and unaltered. If there is a change of address needed you will have to give us permission.
We only need data that is necessary and will ask for nothing more when completing your order.
We will retain your data for no longer than is necessary. We will keep a record of your order for 7 years as required by Irish law. Each order is an invoice and will be treated as such. Only your name, home address, email address will be kept.
